Dear Suzanne,
I
have listed some great resources for your students. I hope they will
be inspired by the Reggio approach and I look forward to meeting you one
day.

- In Dialogue with Reggio Emilia: Listening, Researching and Learning - Rinaldi
- Making Learning Visible: Children as Individual and Group Learners - Reggio Children
- Indications - Preschools and Infant-toddler Centres, Istituzione of the Municipality of Reggio Emilia
Also, See resources listed on our website. Learning Materials Workshop
carries many good books from Reggio Emilia. To further understand the
Reggio Emilia approach, perhaps some of your students can attend Reggio
related conferences. NAREA offers four opportunities a year. The
Summer Conference, the Winter Conference, and many sessions at NAEYC.
If at all possible, visit the traveling Exhibit. “The Wonder of
Learning-The Hundred Languages of Children”; produced by educators in
Reggio Emilia – travels throughout the U.S. Currently in Henderson,
Kentucky. Other initiatives are listed on our website and e-newsletter
throughout the year. They may want to Join NAREA to begin networking,
communications and relationships. With a NAREA membership, you will
receive a subscription to the official NAREA periodical, Innovations in
Early Education: The International Reggio Exchange – also you may order
back issues of articles that are of interest including those who have
opened a Reggio inspired school. Visit Reggio schools that have been
using this philosophy for a good number of years. Also available
through NAREA summer conference/winter conference and NAEYC. Take a
