So in order to use the Global Learning class should we be creating a class that looks at more than one type of learning or, how does Reggio look in different parts of the world? Concerning the service learning bit, let’s work with the state early childcare people (there must be a resource center or something) and offer a grant in the shape of a trained and experienced Reggio student to come in and help you introduce Reggio into your classroom. We’ll ask classroom teachers to write requests that include why they are a good candidate and we’ll select grantees. Regarding a book, it sounds like there is not a great new book about our topic so, let’s write one and ask the students to help us. It will not be about Reggio- we are not experts in that.
